From the relevant page, simply click the “Share” button in your browser and then select mapstr from the list of available apps. Mapstr then analyzes the page’s content, automatically detects the places mentioned, and lets you add them to your Map with the most appropriate tags from those you already use.

1. From Google Maps
Option A: directly from a Google Maps list
Inthe Google Maps app, open the list you want to import, tap Share, then select mapstr from the list of suggested apps.mapstr automatically analyzes the list, detects the places it contains, and lets you add them directly to your Map with the most appropriate tags from among those you already use.
Option B: with Google Takeout
Exportyour places from Google Maps using Google Takeout (choose the KML, KMZ, JSON, or CSV format).Once you’ve received the file, download it to your phone. Open mapstr, then go to Profile > Settings (⚙️) > Data Management > Import Data > File.
Select the downloaded file and follow the instructions to complete the import.You can also long-press the file in the Mail or Files app, then select “Open with mapstr .”
2. From Foursquare, Swarm, or your contacts
Go to Profile > Settings (⚙️) > Data Management > Import Data, choose the source, then follow the prompts.
3. From a professional file or custom format
